Orders take up to 65 days. If you do not have your order by this time we will refund you, no questions asked. If you contact us asking us where your order is we will just link you to the order tracking page.
WHAT IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?
Your tracking number will be emailed to you no more than 9 days after ordering. Do not contact us unless your tracking number hasn't been emailed to you after 9 days.
MISSING ITEMS
Where is the rest of my order? Why are some items missing?
We will often send your products in multiple shipments. Please wait for 65 days before contacting us about any missing items. All of your products will arrive within the timeframe listed on our order tracking page.
ORDER CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS
My address is wrong? My email is wrong?
If you need to edit your order, you must contact us within 24 hours so we can make changes. We are able to change your delivery address, billing address, email etc.
If you would like to cancel your order you have 24 hours to do so. Contact us immediately. It will take us 2-5 working days to cancel your order. You cannot under any circumstance cancel your order after 24 hours.
DAMAGED GOODS
In the rare event that your items get delivered damaged please contact us with image proof and we will send you a replacement straight away.
